  This place has really gone down hill since first bringing my son here when he was born a year and a half ago. Wait times used to be short and the staff was very friendly. As I write this now I've been here for an hour just waiting to be called into the exam room, where I expect it will be another 45 mins to the doctor sees him. The staff here clearly does not know how to properly schedule and they are overbooking patients. It has been like this for the past 6 months and I will no longer give them my business after this visit.

  We tried. We brought our oldest and our youngest, but we had enough. Tonight, our 6:30 appointment stretched beyond accepteabolity. My 4 year old and my wife were in an exam room for over an hour with nothing to do! It's rediciculous and this finally forced me to search for a new pediatrician. This has become the norm and definitely not the first time. We had our sick 1 year old waiting over an hour too. These occur with wellness appointments as well as emergency appointments Doctors, money isn't everything and you should be ashamed of this practice. You have no regard for the CHILDREN you care for. I find this appalling!

  Would not recommend this pediatrician to anyone! The office feels like a clinic & your child is just another number. Staff isn't friendly or personable. Last appointment I had the doctor, Dr. Zwick, sent my baby for an ultrasound. I called to get the results and have yet to hear back and it has been DAYS!! Worst pediatrician ever and I would stay away from Dr. Zwick.
